Art Therapy
You may be asking yourself, what is art therapy?
When words are not enough, we turn to art.
Art-making is a very powerful tool one can use to express themselves and gather more insight and clarity into some of the struggles one may be currently facing.
There is no art experience needed to benefit from art therapy, the focus is more on the process.
